Returns & Exchanges
We are sorry that you are not 100% satisfied with our products. If you need to exchange or return a product due to quality issues, please contact us within 30 days. You can send us an email at hello@lenso.co and we will send you the best solution.
Please indicate what product you bought and the reason for the return in the email. If you meet the conditions for return and exchange, please follow these instructions: 1) After receiving our return instructions, please pack the items to be returned in their original packaging.
- Send the package to your local post office.
- Most returns will be processed within 5-7 working days after we receive your package. If there is no other notice, we will send the refund to your payment account. Once the refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
Returns & Exchanges Conditions
- The return and exchange period is one month, overdue requests will not be processed.
- For all eligible returns, item(s) must be unused and undamaged. Labels and tags must remain intact and returned in their original packaging. Otherwise, the item may not be eligible for return.
- Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
- Please double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-OUISMART products.
- If your product needs to be returned or exchanged due to quality issues, OUISMART will bear the shipping costs; if the product is to be returned not because of quality issues (not wanted, bought wrong, disliked, etc.), you will have to pay the freight costs when sending it back to us. If you want to exchange a product, you will need to apply for a return and place the order again. You will hold responsible for paying the return shipping fees, and we at OUISMART will pay the shipping fee for the re-sent.
- We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.

Warranty Period
The product’s warranty period is 12 months. The warranty period is calculated from the date of the purchase. To determine the start date of the warranty period, it is necessary to provide the sales receipt or other reasonable written proofs of payment.

Limited to Original Consumer Buyer
The warranty on OUISMART’s product is limited to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to any subsequent owners.
